Diesel Mechanic

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel-powered agricultural equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Work with customers and service team members to identify equipment needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Stay current on equipment technology, diagnostics, and repair procedures
• Occasionally assist with field service and emergency repairs during harvest seasons

 What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Diesel Mechanic, Ag Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, or similar
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working on agricultural equipment is highly preferred
• Ability to diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and drivetrains
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn *willing to train the right individual and will provide further education
