We are committed to ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet while delivering exceptional service to our customers. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Cinnaminson, NJ.
As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on diesel trucks and trailers. From preventative maintenance to advanced diagnostics and repairs, you will play a key role in keeping our fleet operating safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other components of commercial vehicles and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
- Conduct detailed inspections to identify existing or potential mechanical issues
- Utilize diagnostic software, tools, and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
- Maintain accurate and detailed repair and maintenance documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding repair status and maintenance needs
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably within the transportation or fleet industry
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines and heavy-duty truck systems
- Experience using diagnostic software and repair equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Schedule
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
- Overtime available and paid after 40 hours
