Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Diesel Mechanic role based in Olive Branch, MS. The Diesel Mechanic will perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on diesel trucks and heavy equipment, including engines, transmissions, braking systems, and electrical components. Day-to-day tasks include completing scheduled and preventive maintenance, inspecting vehicles and equipment for safety and performance issues, and documenting all work performed. The role also involves using diagnostic tools, following manufacturer specifications, collaborating with team members and service advisors, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.\n

- Strong background in Diesel Mechanics with hands-on experience working on diesel engines and related systems.

- Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operation of trucks and equipment.

- Experience with Equipment Maintenance and Heavy Equipment repair, including hydraulics and mechanical systems.
- \n
- Ability to use diagnostic tools, read technical manuals, and follow manufacturer repair procedures.

- Relevant vocational training, technical certification, or apprenticeship in diesel technology or automotive repair preferred.

- Comfort working in an on-site shop environment, including lifting, using tools and equipment, and adhering to safety protocols.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver’s license; commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus.
