A bit about us:

We have over 200 trucks, 500 trailers. There is consistent freight, so there is always work if you want it. All CDL drivers get all of their benefits within 90 days of driving

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Diagnostics & Repair:
Perform advanced troubleshooting and major overhauls on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and differentials.

Preventative Maintenance:
Inspect vehicle systems and execute scheduled services independently to minimize downtime.

Leadership & Mentoring:
Guide junior mechanics, review completed work, and support team training initiatives.

Safety & Compliance:
Adhere strictly to Department of Transportation (DOT) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
5 to 6 years of hands-on mechanical experience working on trucks, buses, or commercial transport fleets.

Certifications: Industry credentials such as Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Certification.
Licenses: Valid driver's license; commercial driver's license (CDL) is frequently required.

Skills: Proficient with computerized diagnostic software, hand tools, and heavy shop equipment
