Were hiring a Diesel Technician in Wichita, KS to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on medium and heavy-duty trucks. If you have strong troubleshooting skills and experience working on diesel engines, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, driveline components, and truck diagnostics, we want to talk with you.
Pay & Schedule
$30-$40+ per hour depending on experience
Monday-Friday
No weekends. No evenings
Full-time, year-round work
Overtime available as needed
What Youll Do
Diagnose and repair medium and heavy-duty trucks
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
Troubleshoot electrical, engine, brake, suspension, HVAC, and driveline systems
Complete repairs on Class 6, 7, and 8 trucks
Use diagnostic software and scan tools to identify and resolve issues
Work safely and efficiently to keep customers on the road
Qualifications
5+ years of diesel mechanic or heavy truck repair experience
Experience with truck diagnostics and troubleshooting
Familiarity with diagnostic software and repair systems
Own tools and toolbox
Valid drivers license
CDL is a plus but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
