We are seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of heavy equipment and machinery, utility trucks, bucket lefts. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and diesel engines, along with the ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely.

<\/p>- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
<\/li> - Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
<\/li> - Assemble and disassemble machinery components as needed for repairs or upgrades.
<\/li> - Operate heavy equipment for testing purposes and to assist in repairs.
<\/li> - Service air brake systems and perform necessary adjustments or replacements.
<\/li> - Work collaboratively with other technicians to transmit information regarding equipment status and repair needs.
<\/li> - Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
<\/li> - Follow safety protocols while working in various environments, including outdoor settings.

Requirements<\/h3>- Proficiency in diesel engine repair and maintenance.
<\/li> - Strong mechanical aptitude with experience as a mechanic or service technician.
<\/li> - Knowledge of hydraulics systems and their operation.
<\/li> - Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job (up to 50 pounds).
<\/li> - Experience in operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
<\/li> - Familiarity with air brake systems and their servicing requirements.
<\/li> - Excellent problem -solving skills with attention to detail.
