What you'll be doing - Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems on heavy-duty trucks and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep vehicles running safely and efficiently.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot issues.
- Accurately document service work and repairs.
- Communicate clearly with your team to ensure fast, quality service.
- Stay on top of safety and environmental standards.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
What we are looking for - High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certification in diesel mechanics is a big plus).
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills—especially with diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Experience with DOT regulations and safety protocols.
- Confidence using diagnostic tools and computer systems.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy parts and working in all conditions.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required).
- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to doing the job right.
