For example: Hydraulics, electrical, power trains, etcWork overtime as workload dictatesProactively maintains a safe and clean work environmentWork independently as well as part of a teamCommitted to lifelong learning and training to stay ahead of industry standardsMust be able to lift up to 70 lbsTravel for work, to other Butler and customer locationsOther duties as assignedQualifications for a Diesel Service TechnicianTwo-year associates degree in related field preferred or equivalent applicable experienceApplied knowledge of basic mechanical theoryTrade-specific tooling, including hand and pneumatic toolsAbility to provide an excellent customer experience and an outgoing personalityIndividual must be able to work well without supervisionProficient computer technology skillsStrong organizational skillsCDL preferred or the ability to obtainAbility to meet and maintain insurability standards to drive a company vehicleMust have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorshipStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new skills quicklyBenefits:As a family business for three generations, we currently employ over 800 associates In 20 locations throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Nebraska.
