Diesel Support & Maintenance Tech

Williams NationaLease is hiring an Entry-Level Shop Support & Maintenance Tech for our PM shop in Normal, IL. Every day, our fleet keeps goods moving and customers served. Our PM team plays a critical role in making that happen by ensuring trucks are safe, serviced, and road-ready before they leave the yard. We're looking for someone who is hardworking, dependable, motivated, and able to work independently while knowing when to ask questions. A positive attitude and strong work ethic go a long way here. Experience working on vehicles, equipment, machinery, or farm equipment is a plus.
