We’re a busy, locally owned shop in Addison, IL looking for an experienced A or B Level Diesel Technician to join our crew. If you’re tired of inconsistent hours, weak leadership, or feeling like just another number—this is a place where your skills are respected and rewarded.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Light to medium-duty diesel trucks
- A steady mix of diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work
- Consistent workflow—no slow weeks or guessing games
Compensation
- $35–$45 flat rate (based on experience)
- $1,250/week guaranteed during your ramp-up period
- Consistent 40–50 hours flagged per week for top performers

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on diesel repair experience
- Strong ability with light & medium-duty diesel diagnostics and repair
- Proven ability to flag 40–50 hours per week
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work
- Team-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Valid, clean driver’s license
