WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Diagnosing and repairing compact equipment: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Keeping the rental fleet ready to work with routine maintenance
• Running computer-based diagnostics to find the problem fast
• Documenting repairs and managing work orders

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience on compact construction equipment (or the mechanical drive to learn it)
• A troubleshooter’s mindset: find it, fix it, get it back on the job
• A customer-first attitude, because you’re the face of our service
• A team player who steps in when the shop gets busy
