At Coastal Waste & Recycling, we're building more than a company, we're building a team. As one of the fastest-growing privately held waste and recycling companies in the Southeast, we're looking for people who take pride in their work, put safety first, and are ready to grow with us.
Do you enjoy working with your hands, solving mechanical problems, and learning something new every day? Are you looking for more than just a job—one where you can build a long-term career?
As a Diesel Technician C (Entry-Level Technician) at Coastal Waste & Recycling, you'll begin your journey in Fleet Maintenance by working alongside experienced technicians who are committed to helping you grow. Through hands-on experience, training, and mentorship, you'll develop the skills needed to advance to a Diesel Technician B (Advanced Technician) and eventually a Diesel Technician A (Master Technician).
At Coastal, we believe great technicians aren't born—they're developed.
As a Diesel Technician C (Entry-Level Technician), you'll assist with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of our heavy-duty trucks, refuse vehicles, and equipment while learning the fundamentals of diesel mechanics. Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll build the knowledge, confidence, and technical skills needed for a successful career in Fleet Maintenance.
If you're ready to learn a valuable trade, grow your technical skills, and build a rewarding career with a company that invests in your future, we'd love to have you join the Coastal Waste & Recycling team.
