Ron’s Repair, Inc. is a diesel parts and service shop that has been serving the Worthington, MN area for 35 years. We are looking for a skilled and dependable Diesel Technician to join our team and perform maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers.

Diesel Technician Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers
• Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on diesel equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues
• Inspect vehicles and components to identify needed repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance and general service work
• Follow established repair and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with the team regarding repairs and service needs

Qualifications

• Previous diesel mechanic or diesel technician experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical maintenance and repair methods and practices, particularly with diesel equipment
• Experience working on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, or similar diesel equipment is a plus
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable and committed to quality workmanship
• Candidates with relevant mechanical experience who are looking to advance their skills are encouraged to apply
