Diesel Technician / Heavy Truck Mechanic

Diesel Time LLC is a growing family-owned commercial truck repair shop located in Telford, PA. We specialize in medium and heavy-duty truck repair, diagnostics, aftertreatment systems, alignments, suspension, brakes, engine repairs, trailer repairs, and roadside service.


We are looking for a dependable Diesel Technician who takes pride in their work and wants an opportunity to grow with a busy and expanding shop. We stay busy year-round and are seeking someone looking for stable employment and long-term career growth.


Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance services
  
  
• Diagnose and repair brake, suspension, steering, and electrical systems
  
  
• Complete DOT inspections
  
  
• Perform wheel seal, hub, and bearing repairs
  
  
• Assist with engine, driveline, and aftertreatment repairs
  
  
• Accurately document repairs and inspections
  
  
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience working on medium or heavy-duty trucks preferred, but not required
  
  
• Experience with brakes, suspension, PM services, and general truck repairs preferred
  
  
• Own basic mechanic hand tools
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  
  
• Valid driver's license preferred
