The Role: Expert Diagnostics & LeadershipYou’ll do more than just turn wrenches. You will be a master of the latest automotive technologies, ensuring every diesel engine that leaves our bay is performing at its peak. What You’ll Do: Expert Diagnostics: Identify and resolve complex issues across diesel automotive systems with speed and accuracy. Precision Repair: Execute high-quality maintenance and warranty repairs to strict manufacturer specifications. Technical Mentorship: Act as a leader in the shop, helping to guide and mentor junior technicians. Clear Communication: Discuss vehicle health and future needs directly with service advisors and customers to build long-term trust. Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous inspections and test drives to ensure every vehicle meets our "Gold Standard" before it's returned.
What You Bring to the TableDiesel Expertise: Proven experience and technical mastery specifically in diesel systems is required. Certifications: You must hold a valid Driver’s License and a State Inspection License. The Right Mindset: You are a determined problem-solver with a "fix it right the first time" attitude. Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical needs to non-technical customers. Education: High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of specialized training and experience.
