Salary Range: $80000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections and diagnostic testing on diesel vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Repair and replace worn or faulty diesel engine components, including fuel injectors, pumps, and turbochargers.
• Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations, specifically for diesel vehicles.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to accurately troubleshoot complex problems.
• Explain diagnostic results and proposed repairs clearly to service advisors and, when necessary, to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest diesel technology and repair techniques through ongoing training.

• ASE Certifications (especially diesel-specific) Preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a diesel technician.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing common diesel engine issues (e.g., Cummins, Duramax, Powerstroke).
• Familiarity with diesel emissions systems and after-treatment devices.
• Strong understanding of diesel fuel systems, turbochargers, and drivetrain components.
• Valid driver's license.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
