No teaching experience required. We provide the training. You bring the experience.

What You'll Do

• Deliver hands-on and classroom training
• Share real-world troubleshooting and repair experience
• Coach and mentor future technicians
• Prepare training materials, equipment, and workshop space
• Evaluate student progress and provide support where needed
• Utilize multiple training methods including hands-on instruction, presentations, online learning tools, and guided practice
• Help students develop the technical and professional skills needed for long-term success

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Heavy Equipment Technician experience
• Caterpillar, Komatsu, or similar equipment experience preferred
• ASE Certifications (current or expired) are a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
