Position Details Position: Dietary Aide Hours: 32 hours/week Schedule: 6:00am–2:00pm and 11:00am–7:00pm Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation Starting Pay: $18.30–$19.80/hour $1.00/hour evenings $1.25/hour weekends Why Work at Fairmount Homes? This position works closely with nursing team members to provide excellent dining experiences for residents in Skilled Nursing and Personal Care. Essential Duties Ensure residents receive meals according to ordered diets Deliver hot foods, cold foods, and beverages to designated service areas Assist cooks with portioning and preparing cold food items Stock service kitchens with food, supplements, and supplies Work collaboratively with nursing team members during meal service Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in all work areas Check, record, and report refrigerator and freezer temperatures Assist with dishwashing, including collecting, washing, unloading, and storing dishes Assist with receiving and inventory as needed Perform other duties as assigned to meet facility needs Qualifications Basic knowledge of safe and sanitary food and equipment handling practices Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions Professional appearance and adherence to hygiene and dress standards Customer-focused, dependable, and detail-oriented Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Fairmount Homes Compensation details: 18.3-19.8 Hourly Wage PI0e6616c86d3f-25448-409257635c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
