A Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Dietary Aide
prepares and serves nutritious meals, assists with tray line setup, and maintains kitchen sanitation to meet residents' dietary needs. They deliver food to residents, ensure specialized diets are followed, and clean dining/kitchen areas. This role requires compassion, physical stamina, and adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Meal Service & Delivery: Set up tray line stations, prepare and portion food (salads, desserts, snacks), and deliver meals to resident rooms or dining areas.
- Dietary Compliance: Follow specific diet orders, food preferences, and allergy restrictions for residents.
- Sanitation & Cleaning: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, tray assembly belts, and kitchen equipment, including sweeping/mopping.
- Food Safety: Monitor food temperatures to ensure safety and proper storage.
- Resident Interaction: Provide friendly, respectful service, often assisting with menu choices and catering to individual tastes.
