We are looking for a reliable, kind, and team-oriented Dietary Aide to join our dining services team. If you enjoy working with seniors, staying active during your shift, and being part of a supportive workplace culture, we would love to meet you.
️ What You'll Do
As a Dietary Aide, you help create a positive dining experience for our residents by assisting with meal service and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare dining room for meals and special events
Serve meals to residents in a friendly and respectful manner
Assist residents as needed during meal service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
Follow food safety and infection control standards
Work collaboratively with kitchen and care staff
Support a welcoming and comfortable dining atmosphere
What We're Looking For
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Dependable and punctual
Compassion for seniors and older adults
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during shift
Previous food service experience preferred but not required - we will train the right person!
