Dietary Aide - Every Other Weekend & On Call (4pm-7:15pm)

Dietary Aide

This is a great position for anyone needing a second job in the evening or high school students.

Note: You would be called upon during the week to pick up any shifts that become available.

RM Management is seeking a dietary aide to join our team. As a dietary aides you are responsible for providing food service to the tenants of RM Management in a positive and friendly manner. Services may include – related services, set-up and clean-up of dining room, food preparation, serving food, E-Menu, and dish-washing.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with basic food prep and assemble meals per menu
• Serve food and beverages while following portion control and food safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to tenant needs
• Keep dining areas clean and organized (tables, dishes, supplies)
• Operate dishwashing equipment and properly sanitize kitchenware
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and cleanliness guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in food service, cooking, or meal preparation is a plus
• A caring attitude and sensitivity to the needs of older adults.
• ServSafe certification (preferred, not required).
