Dietary Aide Position Summary Dietary Aides are the face of our Health Pavilion dining areas, including Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living, and are highly qualified to provide the complete dining experience for our residents. Dietary Aides are needed to greet residents and guests warmly and enthusiastically. Dietary Aides are responsible for ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when residents arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages to residents, all while delivering exceptional service. Dietary Aides assist with preparing menu items, adhering to therapeutic diets to ensure the safety and optimal wellbeing of our residents. Dietary Aide Job Qualifications and Requirements High Diploma or Equivalent Valid Driver’s License Must have excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively to staff, residents, families, and community members Must be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a diverse senior population All applicants must complete and pass a Level II Background Check and Drug Screening |
