DIETARY AIDE - HEARTWOOD LODGE - Part Time

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, serving residents and washing dishes
• Handles special requests between meals
• Sanitize equipment in work stations
• Maintain departmental sanitation by completing directed and scheduled cleaning assignments and trash disposal
• Complete daily temperature logs
• Keep dining room and pantries fully stocked and cleaned at all times
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and on feet 80-90% of the time
• Wait staff experience preferred but not necessary
• Kitchen experience preferred
• Flexible hours a must
