Job Description:

Work Schedule: Two days a week (which are negotiable and every other weekend the hours are 6a-8:30p. There is no on call requirements.

  • Oversees daily foodservice operations across café, patient services, and sanitation to ensure timely service, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Prepares and supports food production, tray assembly, and patient meal delivery based on operational needs.
  • Maintains sanitation and safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations and organized workspaces.
  • Engages with patients and customers to gather feedback, resolve concerns, and improve satisfaction.
  • Supports team members through communication, onboarding assistance, and fostering a collaborative, service-focused environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Requires basic math skills. [Required]
  • Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English. [Required]
  • Able to communicate in English. [Required]
  • Use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. [Required]

Education:

  • High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
