    Description

    Mount Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Manchester, NH is looking for a Full Time Dietary Aide to join our Culinary Services team.  Because of our team, we are a 5-star facility and a proud recipient of the Pinnacle Customer Service Experience Award for Overall Satisfaction and Overall Customer Experience.

We are proud to be a part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire’s continuum of care.  


    Schedule;

    Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)

    2 Openings

    FT - 37.7 hours - M thru F - every weekend - 1pm to 9pm - days off during the week. 

    FT - 37.7 hours - M thru F - every other weekend - 1pm to 9pm

    Dietary Aide Job Responsibilities;

    • Assist in serving meals that are palatable, appetizing and on a timely basis in accordance with current menu, following time and temperature standards 

    • Set up meal trays, food carts, dining room

    • Serve food in accordance to current diet, texture and liquid consistency orders; follow established portion control procedures 

    • Assist in checking resident meals or trays before distribution

    • Deliver food carts, trays and other items to designated area

    • Remove soiled carts and dishes from dining area upon completion of meal service

    • Wash dishes, utensils, pots and pans; return clean items to proper storage areas and ensure that they are ready for use for next meal

    Requirements

     

    · High School Diploma or GED preferred, or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position

    · Food service experience preferred but on-the-job training is available
