EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED preferred LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and write. Must be able to follow both oral and written instruction. Additionally, needs to be able to deal professionally with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Use simple math operations in daily food preparation tasks. REASONING ABILITY Ability to identify and resolve routine problems in a timely and appropriate manner. Display sound judgment when handling food safety and sanitation concerns.
