Dietary Aide
SMP Health – St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South | Fargo, ND
SMP Health is seeking friendly and dependable Dietary Aides to join our teams at St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South. In this role, you will help provide quality meal service to residents while supporting a positive dining experience in our long-term care communities.

Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation and food service
- Set up and serve meals according to resident dietary needs
- Prepare dining areas before and after meal service
- Deliver meals and assist residents as needed during dining
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow food safety, infection control, and dietary guidelines
- Work closely with dietary and nursing teams to support resident satisfaction
- Promote a welcoming and respectful dining experience for residents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service, dietary, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Reliable, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Ability to follow sanitation, safety, and dietary procedures
Pay & Benefits
$18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Day and evening shifts available
- Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
