Rate: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Shifts will vary (Day and Evening) | Every Other Weekend (EOW) | Every Other Holiday (EOH)

Position Overview

Seeking a dependable and team-oriented Dietary Assistant to support our dietary department. This role is essential in ensuring residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals prepared and served in accordance with established policies, procedures, and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service and ensure timely and accurate delivery of food trays.

• Support the cook with food preparation and portioning as directed.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of worktables, refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen equipment.

• Transport food trays to and from dining areas and dishwashing stations.

• Follow infection control and food safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Prior dietary or food service experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
