Job Title: Full-Time Dietary Cook ---------------------------

### Job Summary

Lafayette Physical Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Dietary Cook to perform assigned duties under the direct supervision of the Dietary Manager in a Hospital setting. This position may possibly become Full Time in the future.

### Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and guest trays in compliance with dietary specifications prudent to all diets.
• Cleans and sanitizes utensils equipment and station after each mealtime and as required.
• Assist with tray line service for patients employees and guests.
• Assures patients receive proper diets as ordered.
• Communicates with the Dietary Manager and the Registered Dietician on a regular basis to ensure trays are delivered at appropriate times with the appropriate diets.

### Requirements

• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Additional languages are desirable.
• Basic computer knowledge.
