    Traveling Culinary Cook

    We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meal preparation and food handling, with a keen understanding of food safety standards. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious dishes that meet our high standards for quality and presentation. This dynamic travel role lets you bring your culinary expertise to life across multiple locations, showcasing your talent while supporting our teams and elevating the dining experience at each site.

    Shift information: varies 

    Pay rate: $20-$21 per hour

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menus.
    • Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
    • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
    • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
    • Utilize knife skills effectively for food preparation, ensuring precision and safety at all times.

    Requirements

    • Willingness to travel across our sites to support operations and enhance the culinary experience.
    • Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
    • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling, and safety practices.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods.
    • A passion for cooking and creativity in meal presentation.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
