Job Responsibilities 

As the Dietary Coordinator, you are responsible for the following: 

• Responsible for food purchase, production and timely service of meals
• Budget and inventory management and control 
• Directs and supervises all dietary functions and personnel  
• Possess leadership qualities and be able to supervise and secure the cooperation of the dietary personnel including ongoing training, counseling and development

Job Requirements

• 2 years of professional experience working in a skilled nursing facility dietary department.
• Current Level 2 Serve Safe Certification or willingness to become certified
• Current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Preferred but not required
• Detail Oriented. 
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
