Dietary Dishwasher

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for washing and storing clean dishes.
• Responsible for maintaining dishwashing area and food carts in a clean and sanitary manner.
• Responsible for operating equipment in a safe manner.
• Carry out the variety of duties assigned to you by the Dietary Manager and/or Cook
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. 
• Pass a Background Check.   
• Obtain Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment.
• Experience in Healthcare setting.

Physical Requirements: 

• Able to stand for prolonged periods, bend, carry, lift, push, pull, crouch, kneel, stooping, balance, climb, reach above shoulder, hear, speak, sight, reach below the waist level
• Regularly lift 50 lbs. transferring dishes, garbage, and other supplies.
