Robinson Rehab & Nursing is seeking a full-time Dietary Manager to oversee daily food service operations in our skilled nursing facility. This position is responsible for supervising dietary staff, ensuring food quality and regulatory compliance, and supporting the nutritional needs of our residents.
• Supervise and support dietary department staff
• Coordinate daily meal preparation and service
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and dietary regulations
• Monitor food quality, inventory, and kitchen operations
• Collaborate with clinical and interdisciplinary teams to meet resident needs
• Maintain department records and required documentation
• Training or experience in food service management and nutrition
• Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare dining experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Certification is not required
