Dietary Manager Geneva Lake Manor has a unique full-time opportunity for a long-term care Dietary Manager. We are located in beautiful Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and have a reputation for providing quality care to seniors in Walworth County and surrounding communities.
As the Dietary Manager, you are responsible for the direction, implementation and supervision of all meal service and nutritional support for residents while following applicable federal, state and local regulations, as well as corporate policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for providing a quality assurance program that certifies therapeutic nutritional requirements are met with a variety of flavorful meals, snacks and supplements, while sanitation, safety and cost control are maintained.
