Required Skills:
- Proven experience in dietary or nutritional services, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of clinical nutrition principles and patient dietary needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and staff effectively
- Ability to conduct detailed kitchen inspections ensuring compliance with safety and health standards
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification as a Registered Dietitian or equivalent credential
- Previous experience performing patient consultations and nutrition assessments
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and dietary guidelines
- Bilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Prior experience working in hospital or clinical settings preferred
- Valid licensure or certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) highly desirable

- Willingness to travel between Great River Medical Center and South Mississippi County Regional Medical Center
- Ability to work approximately 30 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate shift needs
- Compliance with all applicable healthcare certifications and licensing protocols
