Dietary Services Cook – Skilled Nursing Facility

Springfield Suites Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a dependable and motivated Dietary Services Cook to join our team full-time. In this role, you will help deliver high-quality meals that support the health and satisfaction of our residents.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.36 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements

• Ensure food is properly prepared, presented, and served

• Review trays to confirm accuracy of resident diets

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

• Collaborate with dietary staff and facility departments as needed

• Support implementation of dietitian recommendations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred

• Knowledge of dietary procedures is a plus (training available)

• Ability to follow directions and maintain food safety standards

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
