This position is based at Sam Swope Care Center, located on Masonic Homes Kentucky's Louisville Campus. The Care Center provides skilled nursing, memory care, palliative care, rehabilitation services and dialysis-all in one community.

What you'll do:

• prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines

• assist with food preparation, plating[KF1] and timely meal delivery

• maintain cleanliness in kitchen and food prep areas

• operate commercial dishwasher and cleaning equipment

• unpack and organize food deliveries and supplies

• occasionally assist with deep cleaning of kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, grills)

What you'll bring

• high school diploma or GED preferred

• previous food service or dietary aide experience is a plus, but not required

• successful completion of prescreening hiring requirements

• ability to lift/move 25 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally

• attention to detail and strong hygiene practices
