What you'll do:
prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
assist with food preparation, plating, the tray line system (food service assembly line) and timely meal delivery
maintain cleanliness in kitchen and food prep areas
operate commercial dishwasher and cleaning equipment
unpack and organize food deliveries and supplies
occasionally assist with deep cleaning of kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, grills)
