What you'll do:

• prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines

• assist with food preparation, plating, the tray line system (food service assembly line) and timely meal delivery

• maintain cleanliness in kitchen and food prep areas

• operate commercial dishwasher and cleaning equipment

• unpack and organize food deliveries and supplies

• occasionally assist with deep cleaning of kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, grills)
