A leading health insurance provider is seeking a motivated Digital Accessibility Analyst to work remotely from Chattanooga, TN. This role involves ensuring digital content accessibility and compliance with established standards.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
The Digital Accessibility Analyst will be responsible for: - Supporting accessibility reviews and testing of digital content using established standards and technologies.
- Assisting with content and document reviews to reduce maintenance and compliance risks.
- Providing accessibility guidance to various teams to improve usability and inclusion.
- Coordinating accessibility-related activities during peak demand periods.
- Contributing to additional accessibility initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:- 2 years of experience in digital experience design, UX, or usability.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
