COLAB is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team remotely from Los Angeles, United States. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a digital marketing agency and excellent communication skills

This role involves managing client relationships, conducting meetings, identifying growth opportunities, and communicating digital marketing performance and strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned client accounts
• Conduct onboarding calls, kickoff meetings, and regular client check-ins
• Communicate campaign performance, updates, and recommendations to clients
• Identify upselling and growth opportunities within accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency
• Strong communication, sales, and client handling skills
• Understanding of SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development
• Professional appearance and confidence on video calls
