This is not a graphic design role. We produce ads at scale, to spec, for brands that measure every dollar. If your portfolio is brand decks, social posts, and print work, this isn't the right fit. If you've spent years inside ad accounts, know why a messy UGC creative beats a polished studio shot, and can deliver 15 correctly sized, correctly weighted assets from a brief without a check-in, read on.

The Role

Tiger Tracks is a performance-driven agency managing paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic for a portfolio of brands. We're building out our production roster and need contract designers who can execute fast, think like a media buyer, and deliver assets that are built to convert, not just to impress in a PDF.

You'll be briefed by our Digital Project Manager. Briefs include platform specs, mood boards, copy, and performance guidance on what actually works for that brand. Your job is to execute and communicate when something in the brief won't work.

What You'll Produce

  • Static and animated ad assets across Meta (Feed, Stories, Reels), Google Display, TikTok, programmatic, and email, delivered in all required size variations, typically 8 to 15 per concept.
  • Platform-ready files: correct dimensions, correct file format, within spec on weight, every time, without reminders.
  • Motion assets where required: GIFs, short-form video, HTML5, including native-feeling, lo-fi UGC-style executions that don't look like agency ads.
  • Rapid iterations: when feedback comes, you turn it fast. Revision cycles are tight and we expect responsiveness during active projects.
  • Performance-informed work: if you believe a direction will underperform, you say so and offer an alternative. We want your expertise, not just your execution.

Hard Requirements | Non-Negotiable

  • Your application will not move forward without these:
  • 6+ years designing digital ad creative specifically for paid media, not general graphic design, not social content.
  • A portfolio showing ad creative across multiple platforms and multiple brands, with visible evidence that you understand platform format differences.
  • You can name current file size limits for Meta feed images, Google Display, and TikTok video without looking them up.
  • You know the difference between a 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, and 1.91:1, and you know which placements they serve.
  • Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), proficiency, not familiarity.
  • Ability to work from a brief to final delivery with minimal hand-holding. We will not chase you for updates or explain what a safe zone is.

Do Not Apply If:

  • Your ad experience is limited to organic social.
  • Your portfolio only shows brand identity or print work.
  • You need platform specs explained to you.
  • You require detailed direction beyond a well-written brief.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Prior work at a performance marketing agency or in-house at a DTC brand where creative was measured against ROAS, CTR, or CPA.
  • Strong instincts for visual hierarchy that drives action: you design for the scroll stop and the click, not just the screenshot.
  • Experience producing lo-fi, UGC-style creative that feels native, and knowing when that's the right call versus a polished execution.
  • Motion and animation skills for short-form video and GIFs, especially thumb-stopping first frames that function within TikTok and Reels native environments.
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools and the judgment to know when they help and when they don't.
  • Experience helping build or improve a production workflow, not just working inside one.

How We Work

Project volume varies by month. We scope each engagement upfront and confirm availability before kicking off. We won't drop a 40-asset batch on you without warning. Strong performers get first right of refusal on new projects and will see volume grow as we do. We're building a roster we can rely on, not a revolving door of one-off contractors.

Assets are delivered in organized, clearly named folders with all required sizes. We review against specs and performance standards before anything goes to a client. If something needs a revision, we'll tell you exactly what and why.
