- Serve as an enterprise-level servant leader and change agent to drive Agile execution and maturity across teams and Agile Release Trains (ART).
- Build and coach high-performing, self-managing Agile teams by instilling Lean-Agile mindsets, values, and practices.
- Unblock delivery pipelines and champion radical transparency using data-driven information radiators.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and predictable, value-based forecasting across the organization.
- Guide teams toward high maturity, self-organization, and collective ownership; promote T-shaped, multi-disciplinary skills and continuous learning.
- Train teams on advanced engineering and Agile practices (SAFe, Kanban, Flow, Built-in Quality, Automated Testing, BDD).
- Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies and special events, ensuring dedicated time for innovation and improvement (IP, I&A events).
- Represent teams in Agile Release Train (ART) events; synchronize with ART cadence for optimal dependency management and cross-team collaboration.
- Establish and maintain team Kanban boards, track flow and OKR metrics, and eliminate bottlenecks to maximize throughput.
- Partner with Product Owners to maximize value delivery, refine backlogs, define Definition of Done, and maintain stakeholder transparency.
- Support enterprise-wide SAFe adoption by coaching non-agile teams and stakeholders; engage with SAFe Practice Consultants and Communities of Practice.
- Foster psychological safety, trust, and alignment; proactively resolve conflicts and remove impediments as a servant leader.
- Minimum qualifications: 5+ years as Scrum Master/Team Coach in complex enterprises; Bachelor's degree or equivalent; active SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
- Technical expertise: Advanced proficiency in Jira Software, Jira Align, Confluence, FigJam, and AgilityInsights.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Preferred: Additional advanced SAFe certifications, CSM, ICAgile, SAFe Studio experience.E
