    Description

    The Role

We're seeking a Digital & AI Content Producer to join our Creative department. This role is ideal for a hands-on multidisciplinary creative producer with strong social instincts, content production experience, and fluency in AI-enabled creative workflows.

This is a hands-on hybrid creative role for someone who can design, edit, write, capture, prompt, version, troubleshoot, and finish content with strong creative judgment. The right candidate brings range over specialization, can own work from brief to delivery, and knows how to solve problems when tools, timelines, or creative needs shift.

The Digital Content Producer will help lead socially led and AI-enabled campaign work across IW Group clients, moving ideas from concepting and pre-visualization through production, editing, workflow development, versioning, and final delivery. Experience in multicultural marketing, especially Asian American marketing, is a strong plus.

    What You'll Do

    • Produce social-first content including static graphics, short-form video, motion assets, mockups, storyboards, scripts, captions, and campaign extensions.
    • Use AI tools for prompt development, visual exploration, pre-visualization, image/video generation, voice/audio exploration, editing, versioning, and post-production enhancement.
    • Build, test, document, and refine AI-enabled creative workflows that improve how content is concepted, produced, edited, versioned, and delivered.
    • Troubleshoot creative, technical, and production challenges across tools, files, formats, platforms, and workflows.
    • Translate campaign ideas into platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social channels.
    • Produce content and presentation materials for digital campaigns, experiential activations, influencer programs, new business efforts, and internal creative initiatives.
    • Capture, edit, organize, and adapt content for shoots, events, activations, behind-the-scenes moments, and social campaign needs.
    • Write and refine short-form copy, including captions, headlines, on-screen text, content prompts, and campaign support language.
    • Collaborate with creative, strategy, social, production, PR, and account teams to ensure work aligns with client goals, cultural insights, brand guidelines, timelines, and platform best practices.

    What You'll Bring

    Education and Experience

    • 3-5 years of professional experience in digital content creation, social media production, editing, creative production, graphic design, or a related role.
    • Experience creating social-first content for brands, agencies, campaigns, creators, or professional freelance work.
    • Hands-on experience using AI creative tools as part of professional workflows, such as ChatGPT Images, Nano Banana/Gemini image generation, Runway, Seedance, Kling, ElevenLabs, ComfyUI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
    • Proficiency with design, editing, and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms.
    • A portfolio, reel, social channel, or work samples showing professional range across at least three lanes, such as design, short-form video, editing, copywriting, content capture, AI-generated visuals, motion, activations, or campaign content.
    • Experience managing content production timelines, organizing assets, coordinating revisions, and delivering polished work across multiple formats.

    Skills and Abilities

    • Strong visual taste and an understanding of what feels native to social platforms.
    • Ability to produce across multiple formats, including graphics, video, copy, mockups, presentations, content capture, and digital production.
    • Strong working knowledge of AI-enabled creative workflows, including prompting, concept exploration, visual development, versioning, and post-production support.
    • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and find practical solutions when tools, timelines, assets, or workflows shift.
    • Resourceful, self-directed, and able to test new tools, improve workflows, and keep projects moving with limited hand-holding.
    • Strong understanding of social trends, creator culture, platform behaviors, and culturally relevant storytelling.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments, timelines, files, revisions, stakeholders, and deliverables.
    • Sound judgment when using AI-generated or AI-assisted content, including attention to accuracy, representation, brand safety, usage rights, cultural context, and client readiness.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in an advertising, marketing, PR, social, entertainment, or creative agency environment.
    • Experience supporting multicultural, cross-generational, or culturally specific campaigns.
    • Experience or demonstrated interest in Asian American marketing, communities, culture, media, or consumer insights.
    • Motion graphics, animation, sound editing, content capture, shoot, event, or activation production experience.
    • Bilingual or multilingual skills strongly preferred.
