Digital Applications Specialist
 
AllSouth Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Digital Applications Specialist to join the Digital Services Team. The Digital Applications Specialist works closely with technology vendors, internal stakeholders, and operational teams to implement new solutions, troubleshot issues, enhance the member experience, and protect against fraud and cybersecurity risks.
 
Primary Responsibilities: Assisting with member-facing side of online banking, mobile banking, and other digital banking solutions. Duties include identifying and communicating potential issues based upon product testing, analytical conclusions, understanding of the business, and member feedback. Will assist with implementing and documenting all testing and problem resolution efforts for digital banking.                                                                
 
Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • One (1) year of member service experience working with a core database system, preferably in a financial institution (Fiserv, DNA system experience preferred).
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Starting compensation for this position is $26.74 per hour.  AllSouth provides the following benefits:
