Our Client, a Mass Media and Entertainment company, is looking for a Digital asset coordinator for their Burbank, CA/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage press site coverage and facilitate downloads from external partners, ensuring timely updates and accurate asset availability.
  • Upload and organize assets in Digital Fusion and other designated platforms, maintaining proper naming conventions, metadata, and folder structures for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with Key Art and Title Treatment preparation in Adobe Creative Suite including resizing, formatting, and ensuring legal approved fonts while working to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Create Talent Cheat Sheets for upcoming and ongoing projects, compiling essential details for quick reference.
  • Conduct background research on press publications, providing the team with insights on new and ongoing projects.
  • Pull and track assets across multiple systems, ensuring accurate documentation and version control while maintaining compliance with internal standards.
  • Escalate legal clearance issues to leadership and coordinate final handoff of assets to external teams for distribution.
  • Support Brand leads with asset request tickets through online ticketing systems including Smartsheet, Monday.com and HappyFox.
  • Additional tasks as required.

  • High volume team, small team environment,
  • Managing asset ingest, working on wb titles and title requests for sales, etc.
  • Manage all brand marketing asset for warner bros tv – sales, pr, selling the shows.
  • No monotony, very day and day out there is something different. Also being a part of the larger picture and understanding a project going from start to end. Will see a lot of titles if you are interested in TV a lot.
  • Vary day to day
  • Monitoring press sites, posting assets based on air dates for titles
  • Ticket requests that come in throughout the day
  • Working on any PR requests, PSD files, creating simplied files
  • One off request as well
 
Requirements:
  • Photoshop
  • Bridge
  • Illustrator
  • Monday.com for tickets and smartsheet and happy fox
  • Not required, more concerned with experience
  • At least one in digital asset management and in photoshop
  • Digital asset management systems
  • Skill:  photoshop experience
  • Skill:  multitasking/prioritization
