A top Fortune 50 financial institution in Vienna, VA is seeking a Digital Asset Coordinator to support its Marketing Creative Services team. In this role, the Digital Asset Coordinator will focus on managing digital assets, optimizing DAM systems, and supporting enterprise DAM migration initiatives.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 4:30pm EST
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite at HQ in Vienna, VA)
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operations of Digital Asset Management systems, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Organizing, tagging, and maintaining digital assets using standardized metadata and naming conventions
- Overseeing the full asset lifecycle, including ingestion, governance, maintenance, and archiving
- Supporting DAM modernization and migration initiatives (DAM EDAM), including asset preparation and validation
- Serving as a subject matter expert for DAM systems, including user support, documentation, and workflow improvements
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar DAM platforms
- Strong understanding of Asset Lifecycle Management and Metadata Governance
- Proficiency with Creative File Formats (JPG, PNG, SVG, EPS) and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting DAM migrations or enterprise DAM (EDAM) implementations
- Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments (i.e., Financial Services)
- Familiarity with Workflow Optimization and Process Improvement initiatives
