AWS Integrated Demand Center (IDC) Content Studio is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Digital Content Asset Specialist to support global content localization and digital marketing asset management across AWS Marketing. This role focuses on day-to-day execution of localization workflows and asset management tasks, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of marketing content across 13+ languages and a broad portfolio of digital content deliverables.

Key job responsibilities

Localization Operations (Primary Focus)

Support end-to-end localization workflows for global marketing campaigns, including daily content handoffs to vendors and handbacks to regional teams across 13+ languages, following established processes and timelines

Help scope localization requests - reviewing asset types, language requirements, and timelines - for Integrated Demand Center (IDC) campaign launches, flagging questions or gaps to senior team members

Serve as a point of contact for localization vendors on routine project status updates; track delivery schedules and surface risks to the team in a timely manner

Execute localization workflows through OneDAM and project management systems; troubleshoot common file format and ingestion issues, escalating complex problems as needed

Track and report on localization pipeline status and completion rates; support cycle time improvement efforts by identifying bottlenecks and contributing to process documentation

Digital Content Asset Management (Secondary Focus)

Assist with ingestion, organization, and maintenance of digital marketing content assets in OneDAM, applying accurate metadata tags, version control, and folder taxonomy per established standards

Apply file storage standards and naming conventions consistently to support asset discoverability across OneDAM

Perform quality control checks on digital marketing assets reviewing deliverables against brand, technical, and format specifications and escalating issues that fall outside defined parameters

A day in the life

The Digital Content Acquisition Manager I will support end-to-end localization and digital asset management workflows - following established processes to coordinate multi-language content handoffs, asset delivery, and DAM storage. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is reliable, process-driven, and collaborative, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, global environment.
