Position Summary
We're looking for a Digital Banking Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail and small business digital banking services. This role oversees key services such as online and mobile banking, mobile deposit, digital payments, e-Statements, and treasury management services-ensuring customers have a reliable, secure, and user-friendly digital experience.
In this role, you'll manage a team responsible for supporting digital banking operations, resolving complex customer and operational issues, and continuously improving the services we provide.
