Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Digital Business Analyst position! This is a 6-18 month contract-to-hire opportunity and will be remote.
This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.
What You'll Be Doing:
Partner with business stakeholders to document processes, define requirements, and identify feature enhancements
Refine user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog in support of Agile development cycles
Define and document key performance indicators to measure product success and business impact
Capture analytics before and after product changes to assess ROI and effectiveness of implementations
Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams
Drive consolidation efforts to build core applications that streamline functionality across multiple business tools
Support the design and implementation of an integrated customer portal spanning diverse business functions
Collaborate with QA, Scrum Masters, and development teams in a standard Agile environment
Facilitate features supporting wealth management interfaces, reporting tools, and transaction processing systems
Document business process models using BPMN methodology to support process improvement initiatives
What You'll Need to Have:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology environments
Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks with demonstrated ability to manage product backlogs
Strong proficiency with Jira for story management and sprint planning
Solid financial services, banking, or healthcare technology domain experience in regulated environments
Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Clear, effective communication skills with ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders
Business process modeling experience using BPMN notation (strongly preferred)
Mergers and acquisitions transaction experience is a significant plus
