Job Description: Provides advanced project portfolio analysis, reporting, and system administration support, primarily focused on Planview PPM and SharePoint to drive portfolio governance and delivery excellence.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Administer and configure Planview Portfolios (PPM), including user access, workflows, and reporting dashboards
Manage portfolio data governance and ensure data quality across projects
Prepare portfolio status reports, forecasts, and executive-level summaries
Analyze project risks, dependencies, and resource allocations; provide recommendations
Create, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and permissions
Support project delivery by applying PM best practices and improving processes
Track and resolve tool and process-related issues across teams
Develop training materials and provide guidance to team members
Monitor workflows and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
